Welcome to our frequently asked questions

We know that starting – or deepening – your plant-based journey often comes with questions. At Greens & Beans, we want to make things as simple, clear, and supportive as possible. Here you’ll find answers to some of the questions we’re most often asked. If there’s something we haven’t covered, feel free to reach out through our Contact page – we’d love to hear from you.

1. Do I have to go fully vegan to work with you?

Not at all. Greens & Beans supports people at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re curious about reducing meat and dairy, want to add more whole foods, or are ready to go fully plant-based, we’ll help you move at your own pace.

2. Will I get enough protein on a plant-based diet?

Yes! Whole plant foods like beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, and nuts provide plenty of protein. We’ll guide you on how to combine foods to meet your needs, whether you’re looking to maintain energy, build muscle, or support overall health.

3. What if I have health conditions (like diabetes or high cholesterol)?

We create personalised plans that take your health history into account. A whole food, plant-based diet has been shown to support heart health, blood sugar balance, and healthy weight management. We’ll always encourage you to discuss any changes with your GP or healthcare provider.

4. Do you provide meal plans or recipes?

Yes – we can create personalised plans and also share simple, delicious recipes to make your transition easier. We also offer downloadable guides and seasonal recipe inspiration through our resources page.

5. How do I book a consultation?

Simply head to our Client Zone and use the booking system, or contact us directly through the form on our website. We’ll get back to you quickly to arrange a time that suits you.

6. Where can I find your Coffee Horsebox?

Our converted horsebox serves plant-based drinks and snacks at local events and markets. Check the Coffee Horsebox page for our menu and events calendar to see where we’ll be next.

7. Do you run corporate or community events?

Yes – we’re available for talks, workshops, and wellbeing events in workplaces or community groups. Get in touch via our Contact page to learn more.

8. Is plant-based coaching suitable for children or older adults?

Absolutely. We adapt our advice for all life stages – from growing children to older adults wanting to improve health and vitality.
